The city and state are choosing not to repair and renovate NYCHA buildings so they can deteriorate and collapse; then they’re deemed “unsafe,” people are pushed out, and new high-rises are thrown up in their place. The goal is to displace poor Black and Brown people in the South Bronx. Don’t believe their fake-ass statements of concern—they’re executing the plans of their Zionist handlers.

It was Assata’s militant comrades in the Black Liberation Army who liberated her from incarceration by the state; they did not abandon her after she was apprehended. We must learn from Assata and her comrades and apply those lessons to today. We have several comrades who are currently incarcerated and must also be liberated.

The Trump regime’s lifting of sanctions on Syria exposes their true purpose: to impoverish citizens, force regime change, and expand U.S.-led imperial control. For 15 years, sanctions devastated Syria’s economy, targeting Assad for defending the Palestinian cause. They crushed healthcare, education, and industry, paving the way for his overthrow and the installation of a terror-driven regime under Jolani.

Established by Imam Khomeini in 1979, in the wake of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, Al-Quds Day has become a global symbol of resistance. For 46 years, the oppressed have risen on the last Friday of Ramadan to declare: Al-Quds belongs to the Arab people, and Palestine will be free—from the river to the sea.
