You Can’t Oppose the War While Repeating Its Propaganda

For over seventy years, the United States has targeted Iran not because of women’s rights or queer rights, but because Iran refuses to submit to Western domination. Today, Washington hides that agenda behind the language of “human rights,” selectively weaponizing women’s and LGBTQ struggles to justify sanctions, destabilization, and regime change. This is not solidarity. It is imperial propaganda designed to manufacture consent for economic warfare and intervention.

Gentrification and displacement do real damage: they erase landmarks, fragment our communities, and convert our labor and culture into commodities for outsiders. We will not stand by while our borough is repackaged for profit. Protect the Bronx will organize, document, and act — and we call on every Bronx artist, tenant, and neighbor to join us in refusing to be sold out.

This is by design. This is not an accident. This is orchestrated by the state. The city and state are choosing not to repair and renovate NYCHA buildings so they can deteriorate and collapse; then they’re deemed “unsafe,” people are pushed out, and new high-rises are thrown up in their place. The goal is to displace poor Black and Brown people in the South Bronx. Don’t believe their fake-ass statements of concern—they’re executing the plans of their Zionist handlers.

It was Assata’s militant comrades in the Black Liberation Army who liberated her from incarceration by the state; they did not abandon her after she was apprehended. We must learn from Assata and her comrades and apply those lessons to today. We have several comrades who are currently incarcerated and must also be liberated.
